Understanding the connection between the brain and behavior is the first step in becoming your best self. To do this you need to understand your brain's vulnerabilities and develop strategies to overcome them. Given our very large database of nearly 50,000 brain-imaging scans, I developed an ADD test questionnaire to evaluate the brain systems discussed in my books. ADD symptoms are not, as some once thought, confined to children. Our understanding of adult ADD is growing and ADD and ADHD tests, such as this, can be very helpful. We use this questionnaire as part of our clinical evaluation of patients at the Amen Clinic. It's important to note that this (or any) questionnaire is never meant to be used alone. It is not meant to provide a diagnosis, but rather it serves as a guide to help people begin to identify problems and get further evaluation if needed.
Online ADD Test Access Instructions:
The Amen Clinics online ADD test will be available from the account you created when you placed your order for the test.
To access the test, login to your account by clicking the "Start/Track Order" link on the upper right side of the web page. The "Start/Track Order" link will turn into a "My Account" link. Click the "My Account" link to access your account. You will see a list of your orders. Click the "View" link on your order for the test(s). A link to the online ADD test is available there.
The online test link will be available in your account for 14 days from the purchase date. To save your test results, print the results page.
